PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:

LIVING ROOM
Throughout the house, all windows were replaced in 2022 for aluminum frames with HR++ glass. Because of the large window at the front and the side window, a lot of sunlight enters the spacious living room. And if the sun shines too brightly you can lower the electrically operated shutters. In the living room is a fixed air conditioning system.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is somewhat dated but well maintained and functional. You have access to a four-burner ceramic hob with extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator and oven. In the many cabinets you can put all your kitchen utensils and for provisions there is a handy (stairs) closet available between the kitchen and the living room.
SERRE
The conservatory is without a doubt one of the finest spaces in this home! The large glass sliding doors (with screen door) can be slid all the way open, making the conservatory an extension of the garden and literally bringing the outside in. With an electrically operated sunshade you can also sit here nicely out of the sun. The attic space can be reached through a hatch with a loft ladder. This attic gives you a lot of extra space to do odd jobs or store things. In front of the garage is another driveway with carport.
GARDEN:

On the roof are 12 solar panels that provide an output of about 1300 kWh per year. The house is insulated from the construction according to the then current standard.
